Summers are just around the corner and it is very difficult to maintain the freshness of your face because that’s the first thing everyone notices about you. Through proper care and little attention we can overcome this problem. Only few simple steps and procedures can give glow and freshness to your skin.

    1. It is very important to have a good and sound sleep if you want your face to look fresh and glow. At least 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary for fresh skin.
    2. Never ever sleep with your makeup on. The chemicals in makeup start working on our skin cells and damage your skin speedily at night.
    3. Drink as much water as you can. Keep your body hydrated which makes your skin fresh and healthy. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to have glowing fresh skin.
    4. Eat clean as much as you can. Fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and juices should be included in your daily diet which is called clean eating and it is really good for the skin.
    5. Fresh air is very much important for the skin and also for peace of mind. Breathe fresh air and go outside for a walk in the morning.
    6. Protect your skin from the harmful rays of sun. Sunlight damages your skin cells due to the ultraviolet rays and makes your skin tan. Use a good quality sun block while traveling in the afternoon.
